The Soundcasters are performing at The Bull on Friday 23rd March possible meeting.

Promo Team – ideas for behind-the-scenes – shoot the CAFT team building the set

They are currently working on posters/leaflets – make it clear it is first come first served on the day of recording.
Dan – idea for Unsigned Live advert – Adam- piece to camera with musicians walking in front of him (helps set a light hearted atmosphere)

· Budget for CAFT needs to clarified
· We have a lighting technician for all 3 days – he would like a broad idea of what is wanted.
· Fergus can help if needs be.
· Paul for sound is only available for the rehearsal and on the day.
· The first years have been “ok’d” for our next day with Hans.
· Idea to have a camera up-top recording for Jo and Dan to use as a cutaway in the Edit – see Will as a reference.
Our budget – how many mics will we need, plasma screen for the studio floor.
